Wellsaid Wells a Smash Success!

WELLSAID WELLS GOT THE PARTY STARTED EARLY THIS YEAR

July 3rd’s Wellsaid Benefit at the Bears Paw in the HQ of Wells BC was just a hint of what is to come at the Artswells Festival of LOVE at the end of the month. Amid protestations of WELLSLOVE by the fantastic benefit musiciens came a heated Wellsaid Art Auction.  The heart pounding tension rose between bidders over featured artist Caroline Anders piece "Bits" and later the Love almost broke out in a fisticuffs over a treasured Lindsay Read, "Bob, Bob and Bob".  

Later in the evening the artfully satisfied crowd rocked out to the beats of Drum and Bell Tower, whose set lasted untill the wee hours of the morning.  The music kept mosquitoes, rain and wind all at bay and the calendula-scented patio glowed in the candlelight of Artswells Festival Dreams to come. 

If this is any indication of the Artswells Festival 2010, let the LOVE rock on.
