9am - 3:30pm

Early Bird Fee: $110 + HST (Pay in full by June 1)
Regular Fee: $130 + HST
A one-day workshop exploring how computer music is made and why the computer is a legitimate instrument. Rae will share the many secrets about electronic music that they learned in Germany. Participants will be introduced to programming in Ableton Live, sampling, midi controllers, noise, beat creation, synthesizers and the use and manipulation of field recordings. We will make a group recording of a yet to be determined composition. It may be a piece of very artistic noise, or possibly Canada’s next club hit.
